PQ Flag Day Ceremony June 12

Residents are invited to join the Rancho Penasquitos VFW Post 11388, the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council, the Rancho Penasquitos Boy Scouts of America Troop 848 and Pack 605, the USNAS Miramar Color Guard, the Westview High School JROTC Color Guard and PQ community leaders for a special U.S. flag-raising ceremony at 2 p.m. June 12 at Hilltop Park.

The event commemorates both Flag Day and the naming of the new PQ Volunteer of the Year.
